Hat-making village Phu Cam (also Phuoc Vinh) lies on the southern bank of the An Cuu River in the heart of the former imperial capital of Hue. It is a traditional village famous for its conical hats the way for hundreds of years. Phu Cam-hats do look graceful, soft and thin as silk. Today still use the hat of the young girls to shade their heads in the sun and to make them more graceful in the traditional Ao Dai (long dress).
